The Learning Solutions team works within Fonterra on a vast range of projects. They strive to bring Sysdoc’s values of working in simpler, smarter ways to the Fonterra environment.
In the past year the Learning Solutions team has added agile to its ways of working, and it now serves as our primary approach for large, complex projects. The team have participated in accredited agile training and have together developed an approach using SCRUM and sprints, to create iterative learning solutions on an ongoing basis.
It is a true credit to the team and the work they do to acquire this award again in 2021.
