We won platinum for the immersive eLearning that supported Fletcher Building's JD Edwards software install. The innovative digital design maximised Fletcher's learning spend, whilst ensuring the user is engaged by the complex technical training.
We developed an immersive eLearning course to support Fletcher Building's adoption of JD Edwards enterprise software. Designed to be informative and engaging, the nature of the subject material meant some ingenuity and creativity were in order, which is why we were thrilled when it turned out to be a platinum success. Literally.
We replaced a manual process with a sophisticated online curriculum designed to induct drivers onto a manufacturing site.
We created a suite of online modules for Fonterra’s hundreds of milk transport drivers, who up until then had to pass an in-person safety induction for the 30 sites they served across New Zealand.
The legacy system's logistical upper limit was in the order of 16,000 hours of annual class time, or 1.85 years of round-the-clock training.
Our "anywhere, anytime" solution negated this overnight, bringing the inductions to the drivers through engaging smartphone content so they could complete them on the go, from the comfort of their milk tankers.
Sysdoc enhanced Fonterra's strict site-specific training program by developing the easy-to-use Transport Contractor Induction Mobile Learning modules. These enable the drivers to log in and complete their induction anywhere, before arriving on site.
