Manager Quickstart is an eLearning module developed for under $10k that provides new people managers at Fonterra with an overview of the systems they will encounter in their role. The module provides detail on what the systems are used for, where to access them, what their responsibilities are in relation to them, the impact if actions are not completed and where to go for additional training and information.
The high quality, low cost model that Sysdoc developed and delivered Manager Quickstart under showcases the ability for custom training solutions to be cost competitive and challenges the notion that off-the-shelf solutions are the most cost effective learning model.

Dairy PRO aims at raising the commercial acumen of Fonterra staff through critical analysis and raising business partnering and relationships through cross-functional problem solving.
The programme is a social, experiential blended learning program for dairy professionals, spanning ten modules that connects people and ideas through a blended program of learning experiences, culminating in team-work solutions to a commercial case study per topic, across the entire value chain of Fonterra.
PRO has set a new standard for effective learning at Fonterra and resulted in further requests for Sysdoc to take their instructional design approach and blended learning programs to the broader organization.
