Two Platinums, and Three Diamonds Awarded to Sysdoc at the 2023 LearnX Awards

Receiving two platinum, and three diamond awards was a significant acknowledgement of the unique, cutting-edge programmes that we at Sysdoc deliver for our clients. Two of our senior consultants travelled to Melbourne, Australia to receive the following achievements.

Platinum Award with the Department of Internal Affairs (NZ) - Best Bespoke Learning

This interactive eLearning was designed to take the learner on the journey of water, informing the workforce on the importance of Te Mana o te Wai in their everyday roles. This experience featured high quality visuals from our graphic design team and was narrated by a native Māori speaker to embed indigenous Māori culture storytelling into the learning experience.  

Platinum Award with Xero - Best Induction/Onboarding  

Sysdoc collaborated with Xero to redesign their onboarding training. Human-centered design helped us solutionise a product that put the end-user at the heart of everything we did. In doing this we produced a scalable, innovative, and meaningful onboarding experience that delivered a strong return on investment.

Diamond Award for Sysdoc - Best Social Learning

Our internal Communities of Practice came to be after we recognised the need for a space where we could lean on and learn from each other’s skills and experience.

The purpose of the Communities of Practice is to connect, support, share, help, communicate, learn from and inspire each other via Microsoft Teams channels. We have created 5 channels to support our people to learn from their peers through the various service lines Sysdoc boasts. Not only have we benefitted from this initiative, but our clients have also experienced its gains as we provide an exceptionally high-quality service.

‍Diamond Award with Pāmu - Best Leadership Development.

The Nature of Leadership programme was designed to bring people together from around the country and strengthen internal relationships to support the management of change the organisation was experiencing.

Diamond Award with Serko - Best Sales Training.

The Serko Get Your Zeno Wings sales enablement solution installed confidence and capability in Serko’s TMC partners’ salespeople to effectively and efficiently sell the product.

Despite the challenges of COVID19, the project saw success in over 125 completions of the programme and a 50% increase in the confidence rating after completion of the programme.
