Sysdoc was recognised by LearnX for ‘High Maintenance’ a SharePoint portal developed by Sysdoc.
This gold award was won for Best Social Learning Platform, after Fonterra's Plant and Fleet Asset Maintenance teams approached us with their training needs.
We put together a blended learning solution which comprised pre-course tasks, classroom training, post-course mind jogger videos, and quizzes. The learning solution was also a finalist in the Blended Learning category.
The portal provides one location for the business unit’s people to find all their updates and training and contains a troubleshooting wiki, and a Process Zone which presents the team’s processes in simple steps using terminology that the staff understand. The platform includes an online discussion forum which supports the social learning solution.
