Creating a custom learning strategy is a multi-stage process, starting with a thorough assessment of your goals and needs, and ending with an evaluation of the programme itself.  

Here’s how it works:

  • Discovery: The discovery phase helps us set goals, identify roadblocks and limitations, and build our understanding of your organisation and your learners.  Assessment techniques include user interviews, developing personas, training needs analysis, action mapping, change impact assessments, and critical skills analysis. 
  • Data-Driven Design: This phase involves collating and analysing the data from the discovery stage. These insights help us define your learning strategy and make the right learning design decisions. Our approach is designed to focus learning resources where they will be most effective, maximising the value of your learning programme and keeping costs to a minimum. 
  • Impact Evaluation: At the final stage, we’ll work with you to pinpoint metrics that will be used to measure the success of your programme. Those metrics will feed into reporting, including data visualisation and analytics, which you can use to present your results. We can also create custom reports for key stakeholders.
