Effective Online Digitial Learning for an Innovative Agentic AI Organisation

MyWave, a global leader in Agentic Generative AI (GenAI), engaged Sysdoc to develop and enhance their customers' digital learning experience when beginning their journey of developing ‘Waves’ in the MyWave Innovation Hub.

Sysdoc were to develop informative documentation and skill-building online learning courses, aimed to provide comprehensive guidance to users, ensuring consistency, compliance, and scalability as the company grows. A technical user manual was requested along with online eLearning courses to help new users understand how to use the product effectively, plus facilitate a smooth onboarding for the Innovation Hub to ensure users were quick to get up to speed. MyWave engaged Sysdoc to design and develop:

• A template for a user manual including UX assessment, digital graphics, brand standards and layout design.  
• A technical user manual that would include all key tasks for creating Waves for a MyWave partner.
• An assessment of all technical requirements of documents, including how they were to be stored and updated for business as usual.
• Two eLearning modules to support the training and enablement of their global Business Partners.  
• eLearning hosting and tracking insights.

Approach

Sysdoc utilised a co-design approach with MyWave to design and develop an effective learning experience.

• A workshop was run with relevant Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), to draft course outlines and objectives for the target audience.
• The two courses were to be designed and developed working with the SME. These were to be built in the Adobe Articulate RISE development platform.
• Once the two modules had been completed, Sysdoc managed the SME review and approval process plus handover of final source files.  
• These modules were published on Sysdoc’s Learning platform and deployed with reporting functionality.

Outcome

The project was completed successfully with all documentation delivered on time and within budget.

Sysdoc was re-engaged by MyWave to further support the rollout of learning to their Business Partners. This included:

• Development of an additional learning module to modernise the existing learning
• Updates to existing modules to refresh the content and branding.
