New Zealand-based AI specialist MyWave is partnering with NZ-founded process transformation firm Sysdoc to launch a global agentic GenAI centre of excellence in Auckland. Agentic Gen AI is a method of boosting efficiency and automation through creating and deploying autonomous agents to perform tasks, make decisions and interact with their environments independently. These systems use algorithms and sensory inputs to take action in real-time, using continuous feedback to optimise their performance.
MyWave and Sysdoc are targeting business process transformation and automation across major platforms including SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Acumatica, ServiceNow and Microsoft. The new centre of excellence empowers Sysdoc and its global clients to rapidly harness the full potential of Agentic AI to deliver transformative solutions globally.
The key benefits of Agentic AI include reduction in total cost of ownership through streamlined and renovated customer systems, smoother and more cost-effective migrations without requiring modifications to core systems of record, process transformation and unified management of multiple systems of record.
Process transformation and simplification using Agentic AI also helps users realise productivity gains by automating processes, minimising errors, and eradicating redundant tasks, the partners said.
MyWave is recognised by Gartner as a category leader in foundational industry domain process models for Agentic GenAI. The company was co-founded by Amy Johnson and former SAP New Zealand leader Geraldine McBride, who went on to lead the ERP giant’s Asia region and then become president for North America.
