The gold award, in the “Best Advance in Custom Content” category, was received for an online training module that our digital consultants developed for Fonterra’s Food Safety Culture Programme.
This was an interactive, narrative-based introduction to the fundamentals of food safety, both in the home and in manufacturing environments.
The learners were not involved in food production in an operational sense, which made the approach more complex, as the intent was to impart the gravitas of food safety to people operating in a corporate space.
Food safety in the home was introduced as a way to make the whole module relatable to everybody across the entire organisation.
The judges were impressed with the engaging nature of the content, that packaged a relatively technical topic and made it not only digestible and appealing, but award-winning!
The bronze award, in the “Best Unique or Innovative Leadership Development Program” category, was won for the WorkSafe Leadership Fundamentals programme. This programme provides an experiential learning pathway to all WorkSafe staff, using a blended learning approach to create real opportunity for change and development, and was developed collaboratively with WorkSafe to meet organisational needs, as well as those of individuals within it.
